Microfarm: Part 1

Here is a story of a Korean restaurant in SW Portland, OR that grows food inside its walls using hydroponics system, taking the  “farm to table” concept to a whole new level. In the winter of 2022 I spent some time drawing and filming its microfarm and talking to its owners Ann and Peter Lee.
