Confusing day for Portland

It was a confusing and embarrassing day for Portland when we learned that e. coli was detected in our drinking water. Some people shrugged, others boiled, others ran to the store to purchase bottled water. This was sketched at the Mississippi street Food Cart park when virtually everyone has temporarily switched to bottled Coke for a day. Just to be safe.
